The Zero Hunger Coalition developed an analysis of how post-harvest losses can be reduced in Zambia to support the national food system transformation.

Dr Kampengele Muntanga, Director of the National Food & Nutrition Commission in Zambia, explained the reasons for the successful implementation of the dietary guidelines in her country.

During an interview with the Coalition, Mathews Mhuru, Deputy Executive Director of the National Food and Nutrition Commission from Zambia, discussed nutrition in his country, including crop diversification, challenges in diversifying diets and the importance of political will to promote nutrition.
